Talcum Powder MDL Judge Stays Responsive Pleading and Motion Deadlines

TRENTON, N.J. –– The judge selected to preside over the federal multidistrict litigation docket established for claims related to the use of Johnson & Johnson talcum powder products has stayed all deadlines to file answers, responsive pleadings and pending motion deadlines, saying they will be discussed at the initial status conference, scheduled for next week.

The initial status conference is scheduled for Nov. 17 before Judge Freda L. Wolfson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
