Missouri Court Moves 2017 Talcum Powder Trial Back to July 2017

ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri state court that had moved up a talcum powder trial date by sua sponte order earlier this year has granted a motion to continue the trial, now slating it for a July 10 setting.

The plaintiffs moved the Missouri Circuit Court for St. Louis City to continue the February 6 trial setting in a Oct. 25 motion; the court granted the motion on Nov. 3, pushing the trial back to July 10, with a pretrial conference scheduled for July 6.
