Talcum Powder Complaint Filed in South Dakota Says Products Caused Endometrial Uterine Cancer

SIOUX FALLS –– A talcum powder plaintiff has filed talcum powder claims on behalf of her deceased mother in South Dakota federal court, contending that the decedent developed endometrial uterine cancer as a result of using Johnson & Johnson’s products.

The complaint was filed on Sept. 23 in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota.
