California Talcum Powder Plaintiff Voluntarily Dismisses Complaint

SANTA ANA, Calif. –– A California resident has voluntarily dismissed her talcum powder lawsuit, one day after the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation created a docket for pending federal claims.

Plaintiff Mahnaz Khorrami filed a notice of dismissal on Oct. 5 in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 41(a) or (c).

The notice said that the action was dismissed by the plaintiff in its entirety.
