Third Talcum Powder Trial Begins Jury Selection in Missouri State Court

ST. LOUIS –– Jury selection is underway in the third talcum powder case to proceed to trial in a St. Louis courtroom, with hardships having been discussed with potential jurors and continued to a second day, according to the court’s online docket.

Potential jurors were questioned beginning on Sept. 26 in the Missouri Circuit Court for St. Louis City, just a few days after a federal court granted the plaintiff’s emergency motion to remand the case.
