PHILADELPHIA –– Two new talcum powder complaints have been filed in Pennsylvania state court recently, with both plaintiffs contending that their ovarian cancer was caused by use of the defendants’ talc-based products.
Both complaints were filed in the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County on Aug. 31.
In their complaint, plaintiffs Donna and Clyde Mason stated that Donna Mason’s ovarian cancer was caused by the use of the defendants’ Baby Powder and Shower-to-Shower talcum powder products.
