ST. LOUIS –– Johnson & Johnson defendants involved in several ongoing talcum powder lawsuits pending in Missouri state court have opposed recent plaintiff efforts to transfer their claims to another division, arguing that the court should rule on the defendants’ motion to stay the claims before transferring the cases.
