Talcum Powder New Complaint Roundup: 6 New Suits Filed in TX, FL, GA, OH and IL

DALLAS –– An additional six talcum powder suits are now pending in federal courts, with five of the six filed by new plaintiffs in recent days in Texas, Florida, Georgia, Ohio and Illinois.

The sixth complaint was removed to a Florida federal court, having had been originally filed in a state court in April, according to recent filings.

In one recent complaint, plaintiff Florence Kuntz asserted the claims on behalf of Janel Kuntz, contending that the deceased used Johnson & Johnson’s Baby Powder and Shower-to-Shower products for a “regular and prolonged” period of time.
