JPML Will Hear Talcum Powder MDL Motion at September Hearing

WASHINGTON, D.C. –– The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation is scheduled to hear arguments relating to the creation of a multidistrict litigation docket for talcum powder claims at its September 29 hearing, according got a recent notice.

In the notice, issued Aug. 11 by the JPML, the panel stated that oral argument would begin at 9:30 a.m. at the E. Barrett Prettyman U.S. Courthouse in Washington, D.C.
