Parties in N.J. Talcum Powder Action Agree on Non-Destructive Testing of Tissue Blocks, are Waiting on Response from Hospital

TRENTON, N.J. –– Parties involved in a New Jersey talcum powder lawsuit have informed the federal court overseeing the action that it has requested the production of all pathology, cytopathology, original cytopathology and pathology slides and all tissue and cytology blocks from those procedures for non-destructive testing.
