Imerys Talc Moves to Dismiss Talcum Powder Suit on Jurisdiction, Venue and Failure to State a Claim Grounds

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. –– Imerys Talc America Inc. has filed a motion to dismiss a New Mexico talcum powder lawsuit on a number of grounds, including that the court does not have personal jurisdiction over the matter and that the plaintiffs’ civil conspiracy and fraud claims have not been pled with sufficient particularity.
