Missouri Court Says Jan. 2017 Trial Setting Will Involve Single Plaintiff of Defendants’ Choosing

ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri state court has issued a scheduling order stating that the Jan. 2017 trial setting for a talc-based powder exposure multi-plaintiff suit be for the trial of a single plaintiff which will be a defense pick, departing from earlier plans to hold a multi-plaintiff trial.

In the May 24 order, the Missouri Circuit Court for St. Louis City indicated that the defendants are to select two cases for the first trial phase by June 10.
