LOS ANGELES –– Another talc-based powder exposure lawsuit has been filed in California state court, with the latest complaint involving the claims of four women who said that daily use of the products caused them to develop ovarian cancer.

The lawsuit was filed on June 1 in the California Superior Court for Los Angeles County.

In it, plaintiffs Julienne DeChristofaro, Reina D. Mackenzie, Kathleen Aldrich, and Marlene Knutson said that the defendants “failed to inform its consumers and end users of the products of a known catastrophic health hazard associated with the use of its products.”
