LOS ANGELES –– Johnson & Johnson has filed a motion to quash service of summons and complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction in a talc-based powder exposure suit, maintaining that the plaintiff has failed to establish that the decedent was a resident of California, ever purchased or used the allegedly harmful products in the state, or developed or was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in California.
