15 New Talc-Based Powder Lawsuits Filed in New Jersey Coordinated Docket; Case Total Now Up to 151

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. –– Plaintiffs have filed 15 new talc-based powder cases in New Jersey in the last three weeks, bringing the total number of cases pending in that state’s coordinated docket to 151, according to a recent published case list.

The New Jersey Superior Court for Atlantic County released the current list on May 21, noting that 15 new cases had been filed over the last month.

The plaintiffs in the underlying cases alleged that their use of talc-based body powder products used for feminine hygiene purposes led them to develop ovarian cancer.
