N.J. Federal Court Allows Parties in Talcum Powder Suit Another Month to Serve Affirmative Expert Reports

TRENTON, N.J. –– A New Jersey federal court overseeing a talc-based powder personal injury suit has amended its pretrial scheduling order, allowing the parties until May 27 to serve any affirmative expert reports.

In an April 19 order, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey indicated that all other deadlines issued in its Sept. 2015 amended pretrial scheduling order would remain in place.

The parties previously had until April 28, according to the amended pretrial scheduling order issued in seven months ago.
