ST. LOUIS –– A Missouri federal court has granted a talc-based powder plaintiff’s motion to dismiss the claims without prejudice despite defense objections, opining that the plaintiff had articulated a proper explanation for his desire to dismiss the action and that dismissal would not result in a waste of judicial time and effort.
