New Jersey Court Releases Case List for Talc-Based Body Powder Docket, Says 125 Total Cases Now Pending

ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. –– There are 125 cases currently pending in the coordinated docket for claims involving talc-based body powder products used for feminine hygiene purposes, according to a recent case listing filed in New Jersey’s coordinated docket.

The talc case list was released by the New Jersey Superior Court for Atlantic City on March 21.

In the fourth case management order to be filed in the litigation, the New Jersey court said that the deadline for filing of dispositive motions was April 29.
