Judge Halts Nevada Lumber Liquidators Flooring Lawsuit

LAS VEGAS — A federal judge has placed on hold one of only a handful of the more than 100 Lumber Liquidators flooring class actions that has not been stayed pending a decision on whether and where the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation will create an MDL docket for the cases.
