Calif. Judge Refuses to Delay Plaintiffs’ Bid to Stop Lumber Liquidators Formaldehyde Testing

SAN FRANCISCO — A California judge rejected an attempt by Lumber Liquidators to delay a motion that, if successful, could force the company to abandon efforts to test formaldehyde levels in homes where its hardwood laminate flooring products are installed.
