JPML Will Hear Arguments on Lumber Liquidators Consolidation at May Minneapolis Hearing

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation has released its schedule of matters for hearing session for the May meeting in Minneapolis, indicating that it will hear arguments relating to consolidation of a number of Lumber Liquidators flooring lawsuits.

The meeting is scheduled for May 28 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota in Minneapolis. The order schedules MDL No. 2627, In re: Lumber Liquidators Chiense-Manufactured Flooring Products Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation, for oral argument, along with proposed MDLs for a number of herbal supplement dockets.
