PHOENIX –– Plaintiffs in Arizona, Arkansas and Maryland have all filed class action lawsuits against Lumber Liquidators, contending that the defendant’s composite laminate flooring products emit formaldehyde at levels “known to pose serious health risks and cause potentially terminal illnesses.”

James and Susan Goray filed their class action complaint for violations of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, Arizona’s Consumer Fraud Act and strict products liability on April 2 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona while Danny R.
