TRENTON, N.J. — The parties in a New Jersey federal Superstorm Sandy coverage action have reached a settlement following the court’s reinstatement of the action in light of the former plaintiff’s counsel’s failure to prosecute, according to a recent court filing.
On Nov. 18, Judge Jose L. Linares of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey administratively terminated the action pending the parties’ consummation of the settlement.
