ST. LOUIS — A Missouri federal judge has dismissed claims of breach of contract claims asserted against a homeowner’s insurer and mortgage provider in a storm damage action, holding that the plaintiff was not a beneficiary under the force-placed policy and therefore had no contractual right to collect the proceeds, which went toward paying off her mortgage.
