TRENTON, N.J. — The owners of a New Jersey home have sued Wright National Flood Insurance Co. in federal court, accusing it of breaching their flood policy by failing to pay their Superstorm Sandy damage claim in full.
The Sept. 23 complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey says the insurer failed to pay enough money to restore the home to its pre-flood condition.
