MINEOLA, N.Y. — A New York judge has refused to dismiss claims of fraud, tortious interference with contract and professional negligence asserted in an action accusing an engineering firm of submitting a falsified inspection report to a flood insurer, which was used as a basis to deny part of a Superstorm Sandy claim.
On May 5, Judge James P.
