CAMDEN, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge has ordered the parties in a Superstorm Sandy coverage case to meet and confer to agree on the sequence of events that occurred in the case so she can then consider the plaintiff’s motion to reinstate the action, which had been dismissed without prejudice.
On May 11, Judge Renee Bumb of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey explained that the motion to reopen is administratively terminated pending the parties’ submissions and will be reinstated after the court hears the matter in early June.
