NEW YORK — The New York County Supreme Court has issued a preliminary conference order in a Superstorm Sandy business interruption coverage action, requiring the parties to complete depositions by Sept. 30.
In the April 19 order, Judge Anil C. Singh set the end date for all disclosure for Oct. 28.
