TRENTON, N.J. — A country club owner has sued its insurer for damages caused by two storm events in 2011, asserting that the losses are covered and that the insurer failed to investigate its claims with due diligence and wrongly refused to reimburse the plaintiff’s losses.
The defendant insurer, Affiliated FM Insurance Co., removed the action to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey on March 23.
