NEW YORK — A New York federal judge has dismissed for lack of prosecution a Superstorm Sandy coverage case, noting that no action has been taken to move the case forward since September 2015.
On March 17, Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York adopted a magistrate judge’s recommendation that the court be dismissed due to the plaintiff’s “continued failure to make progress in this case.”
