NEW YORK — A New York federal judge has dismissed for failure to prosecute a Superstorm Sandy coverage action, noting the plaintiffs failed to comply with court deadlines after their original counsel had been relieved of representation.
On March 1, Judge Roslynn R. Mauskopf of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York adopted a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation, which stated that plaintiffs “have not contacted the court in any way.”
