NEWARK, N.J. — A New Jersey federal judge has dismissed without prejudice a Superstorm Sandy business interruption coverage action, explaining that the parties have notified the court that they reached a settlement.
In a Feb. 19 order, Judge Susan Wigenton of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey noted that the court will retain jurisdiction over the settlement agreement to enforce its terms.
