NEWARK, N.J. — Counsel for a defendant insurer in a Superstorm Sandy business interruption coverage dispute has requested a discovery conference, arguing that plaintiff’s counsel has failed to produce financial documents that are central to issues in the dispute.
In a Jan. 22 letter to Magistrate Judge Steven C. Mannion of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, defense counsel asked that a telephonic discovery conference be scheduled “in the immediate future.”
