Site Inspection Scheduled in N.Y. Superstorm Sandy Coverage Action

NEW YORK — The parties in a Superstorm Sandy coverage action have informed a New York federal judge that they agreed to a joint site inspection of the damaged property “in an effort to further assess the damage and hopefully bring this case closer to resolution.”
According to a letter filed by plaintiffs’ counsel in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the site inspection was scheduled for Nov. 30.
