NEW YORK — The parties in a $1.1 million Superstorm Sandy property damage coverage action against Allianz Global Risks US Insurance Co. have agreed to certain confidentiality guidelines, including what constitutes “confidential discovery” and the manner in which such discovery should be designated.
In an Oct. 16 order signed by Judge Colleen McMahon of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the parties also agreed to a procedure for a party’s objection to designation of discovery material as “confidential.”
