Superstorm Sandy Flood Insurance Lawsuit Survives Statute of Limitations Argument

NEWARK, N.J. — A New Jersey judge has permitted a Superstorm Sandy flood insurance lawsuit to proceed despite argument from the Department of Homeland Security that it was brought more than a year after an insurer initially denied the claim based on information received from an independent adjuster.
