NEW YORK — A New York City restaurant that sued its insurer after being denied coverage for losses that occurred when its electrical supply was interrupted during Superstorm Sandy has responded to a motion for summary judgment, arguing it never anticipated that its policy would preclude coverage of losses resulting from an event that occurred more than a mile from its location.
