NEW YORK — A federal judge has adopted a magistrate judge’s recommendation to remand a Superstorm Sandy insurance coverage case to state court after the plaintiff joined a broker who allegedly told her prior to purchasing a homeowners policy on her residence that it included coverage for flood damage.
