NEW YORK — Defendants in five Superstorm Sandy insurance lawsuits have moved to consolidate the claims, arguing that they all involve a dispute over a $5 million flood sublimit contained in policies issued as part of a quota share insurance program covering two New York City buildings that were damaged during the storm.
