Restaurant Seeks Data from Con Ed on Superstorm Sandy Substation Explosion

NEW YORK — A New York City restaurant suing its insurer for coverage of revenue losses and food spoilage it blames on an explosion of a Consolidated Edison substation during Superstorm Sandy has moved for an order compelling discovery of documents and other information from the electric utility.
