NEW YORK — A state court judge in New York has ruled in favor of an automotive dealer on its a claim for business interruption coverage of Superstorm Sandy-related losses, but dismissed a allegations of bad faith asserted against another insurer accused of applying the wrong deductible to a claim for damage to more than 400 of the dealership’s vehicles.
