NEW YORK — The federal court that created a special docket for all Superstorm Sandy-related insurance coverage matters has rescinded the portion of its procedural order that required centralization of all documents filed in individual cases.
A Jan. 29 order issued by the three magistrate judges assigned to oversee the docket in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York indicates that only pro hac vice motions and correspondence requested recently by the court are to be filed under the designated docket number for Sandy claims.
