NEWARK, N.J. — Conceding it may be difficult to proceed with his case as a class action, the attorney who sued several insurers for wrongfully denying flood claims following Hurricane Irene and Superstorm Sandy has agreed to dismiss certain claims that were the subject of a pending motion to dismiss filed recently by defendants.
