SCRANTON, Pa. — A federal judge has granted Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. summary judgment on the last remaining cause of action in a leasing dispute, but also denied Cabot’s motion to equitably extend the primary term of the lease because of the litigation. Harrison, et ux. v. Cabot Oil and Gas Corp., No. 3:10-cv-312 (M.D. Pa.).
