HARRISBURG, Pa. — Halliburton Energy Services is challenging a Pennsylvania plaintiffs’ standing to pursue personal injury and natural resource damage claims for alleged environmental harm caused by fracking. Berish, et al. v. Southwestern Energy Production Co., et al., No. 3:10-cv-1981 (M.D. Pa.).
