SCRANTON, Pa. - A special master has granted a Dimock, Pa., resident's second motion to quash a subpoena on procedural grounds, but said plaintiffs could try again to compel testimony from a neighbor on the effect hydraulic gas drilling has had on the neighbor's drinking water well. Fiorentino, et al. v. Cabot Oil & Gas Corp., et al., No. 3:09-cv-2284 (M.D. Pa.).
