U.S. Intervenes in Suit Alleging Collusion in Procurement of Public Lands Leases

DENVER - The United States has notified a federal court of its intent to intervene in a False Claims Act lawsuit for the purpose of settling claims against one party accused of colluding with a second party in the procurement of natural gas leases on federal lands in Colorado.
