SCRANTON, Pa. - A federal judge has adopted the opinion of a special master that Pennsylvania plaintiffs' medical records are discoverable if they are seeking damages based on an additional medical monitoring burden arising from the actions of shale gas drilling companies. Fiorentino v. Cabot Oil & Gas Corp., et al., No. 3:09-cv-2284 M.D. Pa.).
