ROCHESTER, N.Y. - A federal magistrate judge has granted a 60-day extension of time for fact discovery in a dispute over easements claimed by a gas pipeline company in western New York. Millennium Pipeline Co. v. Certain Permanent and Temporary Easements, et al., No. 07-CV-656OL (W.D. N.Y.).

Magistrate Judge Jonathan W. Feldman granted pro se defendant Nathaniel Hendricks' unopposed motion on Nov. 3, but said the court would not grant any additional requests for extensions.

Hendricks said in his motion that he needed the additional time to review documents produced by plaintiff Millennium Pipeline Co.
