Some Defendants in W.Va. Injury Case Renew Call for Transfer to Pa.

WHEELING, W.Va. - Defendants in a personal injury case have filed an amended answer in "fracking" chemical injury case in which they renewed their call for transfer from West Virginia to Pennsylvania where the alleged injury occurred. Bombardiere v. Schlumberg Technology Corp., et al., No. 1:11-cv-50 (N.D. W.Va.).

The amended answer to personal injury claims filed by Salvatore M. Bombardiere Sr. was filed on Sept. 16 by defendants Consol Energy Inc., CNX Gas Co.
